Method: projects.locations.agent.versions.create

Creates an agent version.

The new version points to the agent instance in the "default" environment.

POST https://{endpoint}/v2/{parent=projects/*/locations/*/agent}/versions

Where {endpoint} is one of the supported service endpoints.

The URLs use gRPC Transcoding syntax.

Path parameters

Parameters
parent

string

Required. The agent to create a version for. Supported formats:

  • projects/<Project ID>/agent
  • projects/<Project ID>/locations/<Location ID>/agent

Authorization requires the following IAM permission on the specified resource parent:

  • dialogflow.versions.create

Request body

The request body contains an instance of Version.

Response body

If successful, the response body contains a newly created instance of Version.

Authorization scopes

Requires one of the following OAuth scopes:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/dialogflow
