Creazione del fulfillment mediante webhook

Il fulfillment webhook in Dialogflow ci offre un notevole controllo sul flusso del nostro agente. In questo tutorial, ti serve un webhook per convalidare le sequenze alfanumeriche raccolte nell'intent "Sequence". Il webhook eseguirà un loop dell'intent ripetutamente per raccogliere una sequenza lunga in iterazioni più gestibili.

Creare un webhook con l'editor incorporato

Dialogflow ha un editor incorporato nella console che ti consente di scrivere direttamente codice NodeJS, che può essere poi sottoposto a deployment per essere eseguito come webhook su Cloud Functions.

Per creare un webhook utilizzando l'editor incorporato di Dialogflow:

  1. Fai clic sulla scheda Fulfillment nella barra di navigazione per accedere alla pagina del fulfillment.
  2. Imposta il pulsante dell'editor incorporato su ATTIVATO.
  3. Elimina i contenuti esistenti nella scheda package.json dell'editor incorporato.

Nozioni di base sul codice

Come punto di ingresso del webhook, la funzione dialogflowFirebaseFulfillment viene chiamata ogni volta che viene attivato il webhook. Con ogni richiesta, Dialogflow invia il nome dell'azione specificato nella console Dialogflow per un intent. Il codice utilizza questo nome dell'azione per determinare quale funzione webhook chiamare, handleSequence o validateSequence.

Gestire la sequenza

handleSequence è la funzione principale di questo tutorial. È responsabile di tutti gli aspetti del riempimento dello slot della sequenza, tra cui:

  • Pronunciare le istruzioni iniziali quando una sessione entra per la prima volta nell'intent.
  • Ripetere la sequenza prima di richiedere il set successivo.
  • Indicare agli utenti finali come correggere il bot.
  • Riconoscere quando ci sono cifre sufficienti per una sequenza valida e indicare all'utente finale come finalizzare l'input (vedi `MIN_SEQUENCE_LENGTH' nel codice).
  • Eseguire un loop del riempimento dello slot per raccogliere più sequenze parziali.
  • Concatenare le sequenze parziali in un'unica sequenza lunga.

Convalidare la sequenza

validateSequence è il punto in cui devi aggiungere una connessione al tuo datastore per convalidare la sequenza finale e restituire un messaggio personalizzato all'utente in base a questi dati. Se stai creando un agente di ricerca degli ordini, ad esempio, potresti personalizzare la risposta qui per dire:

Thank you. Your order ${verbatim} will arrive on ${lookup.date} and will ${lookup.require_signature ? '' : 'not'} require a signature.

Dove lookup è un oggetto che hai trovato nel tuo datastore per questo ordine.

Funzioni helper

Questo esempio non utilizza dipendenze specifiche di Dialogflow. Fai riferimento a WebhookRequest per sapere cosa aspettarti in request.body e a WebhookResponse per sapere cosa rispondere con response.json({...}).

Il codice include due funzioni helper per semplificare:

  • Inviare il JSON di risposta corretto per la piattaforma corrente passando una stringa a sendSSML.
  • Cercare un contesto Dialogflow attivo nella richiesta passando il nome del contesto a getOutputContext.

Ulteriori miglioramenti

Questo ti aiuterà a iniziare a utilizzare il webhook per casi d'uso avanzati. Hai progettato un agente in grado di eseguire un loop di una richiesta di sequenza mentre un utente finale pronuncia la sequenza, rassicurandolo che l'agente virtuale lo sta ascoltando correttamente.

Ecco alcune idee per migliorare ulteriormente l'esperienza:

  • Modifica alcune delle risposte del webhook in modo che corrispondano al tuo brand. Ad esempio, anziché la richiesta generica "Qual è la tua sequenza?...", potresti modificare il codice in modo che dica "Qual è il tuo numero d'ordine? Puoi trovarlo su ..." invece.
  • Valuta la possibilità di aggiungere un altro contesto di output all'intent "Sequence - Done", quindi crea alcuni nuovi intent in questo contesto di input per consentire agli utenti di porre domande di follow-up sul loro ordine.
