Google Cloud Observability provides monitoring, logging, and diagnostics for Java applications.
Java libraries are available for the following Google Cloud Observability services:
Error Reporting
Error Reporting for Java aggregates and displays errors produced in your running Java applications. To get started with Error Reporting, see Instrument Java apps for Error Reporting.
Cloud Logging
Cloud Logging for Java lets you store,
search, analyze, monitor, and alert on log data and events in Java
applications. Logging provides a Logback appender and a
java.util.logging handler, as well as Cloud Client Libraries for Java. To
get started with Logging, see
Setting up Cloud Logging for Java
applications.
Cloud Monitoring
Cloud Monitoring for Java collects metrics, events, and metadata from Java applications. Google Cloud Observability ingests that data and generates insights by using dashboards, charts, and alerts.
