Full name: projects.locations.keyRings.cryptoKeys.cryptoKeyVersions.create

Create a new CryptoKeyVersion in a CryptoKey.

The server will assign the next sequential id. If unset, state will be set to ENABLED.

Path parameters

Parameters
parent	string Required. The name of the CryptoKey associated with the CryptoKeyVersions. Authorization requires the following IAM permission on the specified resource parent: cloudkms.cryptoKeyVersions.create

Request body

The request body contains an instance of CryptoKeyVersion.

Response body

If successful, the response body contains a newly created instance of CryptoKeyVersion.

Authorization scopes

Requires one of the following OAuth scopes:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloudkms
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform
