Method: projects.locations.instances.snapshots.get

Gets the details of a specific snapshot.

GET https://file.googleapis.com/v1beta1/{name=projects/*/locations/*/instances/*/snapshots/*}

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

Path parameters

Parameters
name

string

Required. The snapshot resource name, in the format projects/{projectId}/locations/{location}/instances/{instanceId}/snapshots/{snapshotId}

Request body

The request body must be empty.

Response body

If successful, the response body contains an instance of Snapshot.

Authorization scopes

Requires the following OAuth scope:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/cloud-platform
