The state of the PSC auto DNS.

Name	Description
`PSC_AUTO_DNS_STATE_UNSPECIFIED`	The state is unspecified. For old instances, this means the PSC auto DNS is disabled. For new instances, this means the PSC auto DNS is enabled by default. Use `effective_psc_auto_dns_enabled` to check the effective state of the PSC auto DNS.
`PSC_AUTO_DNS_STATE_ENABLED`	Enables the PSC auto DNS for the instance.
`PSC_AUTO_DNS_STATE_DISABLED`	Disables the PSC auto DNS for the instance.
