Name	Description
`UNKNOWN`	UNKNOWN
`ADMIN`	ADMIN has EDIT and RBAC permissions
`EDIT`	EDIT can edit all resources except RBAC
`VIEW`	VIEW can only read resources
`ANTHOS_SUPPORT`	ANTHOS_SUPPORT gives Google Support read-only access to a number of cluster resources.
