STATE_UNSPECIFIED

value: 0
Unspecified state. This value is never returned by the server.

CREATING

The entitlement is being created.

AVAILABLE

value: 2
The entitlement is available for requesting access.

DELETING

value: 3
The entitlement is being deleted.

DELETED

value: 4
The entitlement has been deleted.

UPDATING

value: 5
The entitlement is being updated.
