有权在与使用方项目对应的 Intranet VPC 上进行 DNS 绑定的用户/服务账号。主账号可以是用户或服务账号。例如：如需指定用户 user@example.com，请使用 {"user": "user@example.com"}；如需指定服务账号 service-account@gserviceaccount.com，请使用 {"serviceAccount": "service-account@gserviceaccount.com"}。
