Delete a metadata partition.

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding syntax.

Path parameters

name

string Required. The resource name of the partition. format: projects/{projectNumber}/locations/{locationId}/lakes/{lakeId}/zones/{zoneId}/entities/{entityId}/partitions/{partition_value_path}. The {partition_value_path} segment consists of an ordered sequence of partition values separated by "/". All values must be provided. Authorization requires the following IAM permission on the specified resource name: dataplex.partitions.delete

etag (deprecated)	string Optional. The etag associated with the partition.

The request body must be empty.

Response body

If successful, the response body is an empty JSON object.
