By default, a new table will be created.

CREATE_DISPOSITION_UNSPECIFIED
value: 0 Unspecified create disposition.
CREATE_IF_NEEDED
value: 1 If the table does not exist, BigQuery creates the table.
CREATE_NEVER
value: 2 If the table does not exist, an error will be returned.
