BOUNDS_UNSPECIFIED

value: 0
No bounds is specified.

LOWER_BOUND

value: 1
The time series represents the upper bound of the forecast.

MEDIAN

value: 2
The time series represents the median expected forecast value.

UPPER_BOUND

value: 3
The time series represents the lower bound of the forecast.
